The job of connecting a new highway with the existing Ajmer Road Way, which was built by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has also been started by the Civic body.
An engineer JDA said, “according to plan, there are provisions made to connect the two paths that are elevated.
The commuters traveling all 2.8km stretches will rise in Shyam Nagar, Sabzi bathing, before the intersection using the road on Jalan Ajmer Road that is increasing.” Under the project, four ramps will be built for traffic to rise and get off the roads that are elevated.
After completion, the commuter will reach the Ajmer Road through Eve Sadak in 10 minutes.
Commuting traveling from Ambedkar Circle will have the choice to ride in Nandpuri near Hilton Hotel using the road.
An engineer said, “Two ramps rose for Plying passengers between Ambedkar Circle and Ajmer Road, would benefit a lot.
If the road is not built in Nandpuri, people who live in the area will be avoided using the roads that are elevated because they have to take back from Sodala to achieve their goals.
“Likewise, JDA has built a 1.8 km increase structure for passengers who accumulate from the end of the Ajmer road.
The roads are elevated up in front of Hirapura Power House and get off near Kathputli Nagar.
“The job has reached its last stage.
The work is expected to be completed at the end of November,” the official added.
The multi-crore project has missed several deadlines in the past for various reasons.
The Civic’s body has announced to complete the project on November 2020.
However, after Covid-19, the work stopped.
