Thiruvananthapuram: Members of the CPM Local Committee were forcibly accused of taking their daughter’s new children and then sharing them for adoption had been banned from attending the party function a few days after the Snowballed problem became the main controversy.
The Peroorkada Area Committee that met here on Wednesday to discuss this issue also decided to launch an investigation against P S Jazayandran.
The three member commissions have been appointed at the regional committee level to see the accusations flattened by Jayachandran and the panel have been told to submit a report within two weeks.
Jayachandran did not attend a meeting where the regional committee made a decision.
Learned that the party leaders who attended the meeting criticized him for controversy that showed the party in a bad light.
In a written explanation given to parties, Jayachandran said he had not made a mistake and that he had followed all the procedures while giving children to be adopted.
He said he had surrendered the baby with his knowledge of his daughter Anupama S Chandran and that he was upset of the behavior of Ajith Kumar, who had lived with Anupama.
Reacting to developments, Anupama stated dissatisfaction with decisions taken by the local committee and area.
He said he hoped the State Committee took action against his father.
“My father has said that he has done everything with party knowledge.
Therefore, state leadership should conduct an investigation and start actions against him,” said Anupama and Ajith appeared before the Director of the Development of Women and Children T Anupama to give a statement on Wednesday.
