Oy Palamu: The police have submitted a report of the first information (FIR) against five people and ordered a dozen unknown people because they were allegedly struggling with the 18-year-old Karma Bat in Palamu Jharkhand on December 13.
The incident video has been a social media viral on Wednesday.
The victim, Khustar Ansari from the village of Jhaber under the Satbarwa police station, was contacted by the locals, including relatives of a girl, also from the minority community, which he met in another village.
