Jharkhand: Women give babies after sterilization

Chatra: A 32-year-old woman allegedly gave birth to a baby despite sterilizing surgery on January 25 this year.
Kanchan Devi, a resident of Tilra Village in Blok Mayurhund, undergoing tubectomy at the Public Health Center in the Itkhori Block.
Kanchan’s relatives claimed he gave birth to a baby boy at a private nurse house in Hazaribag on September 27.
Chatra’s civil surgeon Dr.
S N Singh said: “The woman should notify us soon after learning about her pregnancy.
We see this problem.”
