Ranchi: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), the tribal party leading in the coalition of state rulers has joined politics by passing political resolution supporting a 27% order of seats in government and personal work and educational institutions for other backwards (OBC) candidates.
The resolution was taken at the 12-party general convention here on Saturday.
But Congress, Ally the key in the powerful coalition, moves with a little salt.
Speaking with Toi on Sunday, a senior Congress leader said, “For two years now, our party has thrown 27% of reservations for the OBC section.
Many times, the delegation has met with the Chairman of the Minister of Hemant Soren and urged him to move in this direction.
Even though he has convinced us every time, the government has not shown a purpose in doing so.
“The leader of another senior Congress said,” What is the point of passing the resolution when you have it in your election manifesto? Becoming the party’s decision party, JMM could bring laws on With it.
Along with the reservation for the OBC category, the resolution also speaks a 28% order for ST and 12% for SC.
The writing on the wall is clear: JMM is not too serious about it.
“JMM leadership did not respond when contacted about the problem on Sunday night.
The political resolution of the tribal party about the industry, mine and generation of employment also has a concern between the country’s industrialists.
In the resolution taken on Saturday, the party is preferred to return unused land occupied by the industry to the original land owner (Raiyyats).
“Many industries obtain land by considering their long-term expansion plans and other equipment.
So, if the layer of land is located not used for some time, that does not mean it will not be used,” Philip Mathew, the President of the Jharkhand Small Industry Association, told TII.
“However, there are many people who get land in the name of preparing the industry and then hoarding it to sell at a higher price.
Instead of sweeping direction, there must be a mechanism to detect such stockpiling,” said Mathew.
Expressing skeptics about the resolution, a city-based industrialist said, “On the one hand, cm urged a top-level home company to establish shops in the state and on the other hand, JMM political resolution created a confusion and skeptical atmosphere about the country’s industrial climate Of course.
