Judo players died, family accused negligence

Vadodara: The death of a 19-year-old girl on Thursday has triggered a big rank with a family that accused the wrong treatment by his doctor.
The girl, Sakshi Raval, a resident of Ajwa Road, has played judo at the national level and is used to study martial arts in Manekrao Akhada.
He was sick on Sunday afternoon and was taken to a family doctor.
The doctor reportedly diagnosed with typhoid and began treatment at his clinic.
The girl used to go there to get droplets and then return home.
However, his condition began to deteriorate and was rushed to a private multi-special hospital on Tuesday.
Family members have claimed that hospitals were diagnosed here with dengue fever and started care, but it was too late.
He was finally taken to the SSG hospital where he died.
Municipal Corporation Officials (VMC) confirmed death, but said that they were seeing the cause of death.
The problem of negligence by the first doctor who treats the girl will not be examined by the Civic body.
“We have been looking for documents from the hospital to ensure that death is due to dengue fever.
Disconnected that the antigen test for positive-blooded fever even because of a negative antibody test.
At present, we treat it as a suspicion of bloody death,” said the VMC medical officer (health) Dr.
Devesh Patel.
