Lucknow: The evidence collected by the Central Investigation Center (CBI) team investigates the mysterious death of Canpur Manish Gupta businessmen in a hotel in Gorakhpur during police raiding does not indicate that it is murder, and the defendant’s police will be charged with murder guilty.
The source said the CBI team was conducted a detailed investigation, evidence was collected and recorded reports from friends of the late Kanpur businessman present in a hotel room with him during the police raid but allegations of murder could not be supported, while no logical motives for crime.
The CBI found that the police had a heated argument with an entrepreneur where he fell and suffered a fatal head injury.
Investigators despite the evidence found from “excessive use of strength” by the police and the chargesheet which will be delivered will immediately contain all the details, the source added.
The CBI team found that even though entrepreneurs died after the use of strength, sequence of events, wound properties, and the absence of possible motives did not show that the intention caused death.
On November 2, CBI was initially registered with a murder case of six police officers, three names and three unknown.
On September 27, Ramgarhtal Inspector Jn Singh, Phalmandi Police post was charged sub-inspector (SI) Akshay Mishra, Si Vijay Yadav and three other police officers allegedly broke into the hotel room where Manish Gupta businessman lived with his friends to check .
The police allegedly cleared them after the argument during Gupta died.
All six policemen mentioned in FIR while in prison.
A CBI officer knew the secret of the probe said the sequence of the incident was examined by forensic experts to find out the pattern and injury pattern, while detailed call records from all police defendants were also examined to find out if they had a previous relationship with the victim but there was a link found.
The CBI team also took Gupta Pradeep Chauhan and Hardeep Chauhan friends to the hotel and was created by the crime scene to match their statements to find out what really happened in the room on the unlucky day.
Further officers said that the investigation body would, however, recommended disciplinary action against Gorakhpur senior police who commented on the death of Gupta.
