KANPUR: A child 13 years of allegedly raping a girl three years in the environment in the area of the police station Bidhnoo Kanpur district.
The incident occurred on Sunday but came to light when the girl’s parents filed an FIR on Monday.
In his complaint, the girl’s father said he went to work on Sunday and his wife and daughter three years of being at home.
At night, children 13 years of neighbor lured his daughter into his house on some pretext when he is alone, he added.
“The child was playing a raunchy video on mobile phones and raped my daughter.
When his condition deteriorated, he was thrown out of my house, “he said in the complaint.
The girl’s mother saw the bleeding from her private parts and tell her grandparents who also live nearby, said police officials.
Grandparents of the girl was caught and thrashed the boy and took the girl to the clinic and then dropped her home.
-An, at night, when the girl’s condition deteriorated again, her mother calls her father returned from work.
The girl’s father informed the police on Monday.
A police team arrived and took the gear to the health center but doctors there referred to Ursula Hospital where he later referred to Lala Lajpat Rai Hospital.
After registering a case on the complaint of the father, police took the teenager into custody.
Bidhnoo police station in-charge Atul Kumar Singh said, “The case has been registered on the complaint of the girl’s father and teenage defendants have been detained.
He will be sent to a correction after all legal formalities.
