The state and central authorities were habituated into a new low when participating in damage control steps to conserve the surface of BJP by levelling baseless allegations from Congress, he explained. On the payment package announced by the state authorities, Khader said the majority of the qualified portions of the society, notably those in the coastal regions that were deprived of advantages. In addition, he questioned the authorities for not announcing bundles for sailors, workers in the beedi businesses, cashew factories, houses and private excursions.
