Karnataka: Kidnapper kept the police with their toes for 10 hours; Boy is saved

Udupi: The perfect blend of technology and coordination helps the city police Udupi saved a two-year-old boy from the Kumta train station, almost 10 hours after the toddler was kidnapped on Sunday.
