Mysore: Karnataka Police have found the gruesome murder of four children and a mother to catch one of the relatives of the deceased and beloved husband.
The mystery behind the murder of Lakshmi (30) and three children Komala (8), Raj (10) and Kunal (5), and her nephew Govinda (13) cracked with the arrest of the accused Lakshmi (32), a resident of Mysore.
Accused Lakshmi, which is associated with a family, had an affair with Lakshmi’s late husband Gangaram, a trader of plastic goods.
Residents of Krishna Raja Sagar Bazaar Channel (KRS) in Mandya district, about 100 km away from Bangalore, wake up hearing the terrible news of the killing of children and women on Sunday.
All five were rude hacked to death with a sickle with the head and the throat slit with a sharp weapon.
They were found lying in pools of their own blood in the house.
Police initially did not have a clue about the attacker and also about the reason for their murder.
Murder is not for profit.
Police are now focusing on the killer within two days after the crime.
A hint of the neighbors help the police to solve a gruesome murder.
They provide information about women of Mysore often visited their homes and further inquiries led police to solve the case.
At first police suspected role in the murder Gangaram husband but as of now they have no evidence against him to prove his involvement in the crime.
He went in Hyderabad when the murder occurred, police said KRS.

Accused of buying a sickle in December! Accused Lakshmi who had an illicit relationship with Gangaram for years was arrested on charges of killing his wife, three children and niece.
He has confessed to the murder and told police he did it all for love and he wants to Gangaram as her ‘husband.’ After their affair is known, the deceased husband Gangaram Lakshmi has warned against another defendant meetings.
Thus, Gangaram started to avoid him.
It annoyed Lakshmi and then he plans to eliminate his family.
According to police sources, Lakshmi accused had planned to kill them in December and were waiting for the right time.
She has bought a sickle and surprisingly had hidden in the house of the deceased.
One official said the crescent was kept in the bathroom of the house.
He came home late on Saturday and as soon as the family retired to bed, Lakshmi took the crescent of the shower and then killed the mother first.
The first defendant attacked him in the head and then doused Lakshmi using a pillow to death.
Then, Govinda’s nephew was killed, and then one by one, all the children in the house were mercilessly killed in their sleep.
Another officer claims her two children said not to hurt them but to no avail.
“The defendant totally blinded by love,” said an officer.
Lakshmi then spend the night at home before escaping during the early morning hours.
He left for Mysore and then back again to Mandya after the crime became public early on Sunday.
In an attempt to mislead police from suspecting him, Lakshmi seen crying loudly before the body on Sunday.
Two days later he was arrested as the needle of suspicion pointed at him.
The investigation continues and so far no evidence of involvement of other people in the murder.
Gangaram extramarital relationships have proved costly, as family life is completely destroyed with him losing his wife and children.
