Bengaluru: Now the supply problem has been sorted, Karnataka has been inoculating more than 51.4 lakh people within seven days between August 26 and September 1, proof that the Covid-19 vaccination drive has been high-style.

Health Minister K Sudhakar said: “On Wednesday (September 1) we beat our target of 10 lakh and gave 12.1 doses of lakh.
That might be due to cooperation from all health workers and citizen participation.” He added that 1.8 doses of lakh Allowed in Bengaluru, followed by almost 1 lakh in Bellagavi.
However, on Wednesday, several districts were lagged behind with less than 20,000 doses managed.
