Mangaluru: Traffic Police Mangaluru, which is exposed to squeaky horns while on duty – rain or shine – get the chance to relax for one hour in the Deer Park Garden of the Kadri Park on Saturday.
A total of 120 traffic police participated in the health session organized by Marvin Fernandes and the team of frequency-c.
Fernandes told Stoi that ACP (Traffic Sub-Division) Nataraj had stopped their car when they returned from Sakleshpur late at night six months ago.

But because of the pandemic, the program was delayed,” he added.
In the session, the team introduced traffic power to new age instruments played and mixed with natural voices.
Fernandes said: “We play instruments such as Happy Drum, Tongue Drum, Tibetan Bowl, Rainstick and Binaural Targets along with guided reflection therapy.
