Patna: A Kendra Vasudha operator (one window window for public service delivery) was shot dead by three criminals to fight a booty at the NH-28 near Bhergarha Chowk under the Sakra Police Station in Muzaffarpur District on Wednesday.
Victims were identified as Pankaj Kumar Jha (35).
The criminals entered the center by covering their faces and asked the PANKAJ to hand over the money.
When he refused, the criminals shot him threefold and escaped.
The 10-year-old boy was killed: one Bhurtan Kumar (10) was shot dead by a criminal at Ranha Bintoli under the Srinagar police station in the West Chamaran district on Wednesday.
The police said the child played with his friends.
