T’puram: Opposition said that Lok Lok Ayukta which was changed was a green signal for corruption throughout the state.
Opposition leader VD Satheesan said the minister’s head confirmed that Lok Ayukta would “just bark, and would not bite”, in front of the petition considered it.
Sathean said that Pinarayi Vijayan will go down in history books as people who destroy the anti-corruption system in the state.
Previously, the opposition said that the governor and the government only had some temporary differences between them and there were intermediaries to iron their differences, which have now become true.
There are reports that the file to appoint a BJP leader as a governor staff is waiting before the government and with this new development, it must be suspected correctly if this is a quid-pro-quo between the governor and the government, he accused.
Sathean said the government had declared something illegal that there was no court in this country for the past 22 years.
The opposition has brought the attention of the Governor of the APEX court that the law can be declared unstitusal only by the court, he said.
UDF also asked him to send the procedure for the president’s consideration.
But, the governor signed the regulation because he was convinced that the President would not give his approval if it was sent to him.
The governor has also become a party for illegal government actions, he added.
Citing a statement by CPI State Secretary Kanam Rajendran that the amendment ‘staring’ in the anti-corruption holder of the LDF government and this problem was not discussed in LDF, Sathean said the governor and cm appeared with the legislative assembly by making a silent witness county.
Question – the need for this hurry when the assembly should meet soon – it was relevant, he said.
By stating that the opposition will take the legal path in this matter, Sathean said the governor waited until CM arrived from abroad to sign the regulation.
All of this is just a compromise between the governor and cm, who claimed.
