Kerala: home session to start on Monday

Thiruvananthapuram: The third session of the 15th Kerala Assembly will begin in October 4.
The Assembly, which is held mainly for the legislative business, will be in a session for 24 days, until November 12, said MB speaker Rajesh at a press conference on Thursday.
The second session of the assembly is currently postponed without limits on August 13.
According to the calendar prepared for a new session, 19 days set aside for the law.
The speaker will decide which bill must be taken for the discussion on the first two days of the session.
As per this step, the following bill will be discussed in the first two days (4 and 5 October).
Work Guarantee Scheme Kerala Employment Welfare Bill, Pancayati Raj (Amendment) Bill, Kerala Urban-Rural (Amendment) Bill, Kerala Municipality (Amandment) Bill, Bill Tax Tax Bill (Amendment) Bill.
Other bills that will appear during sessions including the University Bill (Amendment), Bill Toddy Development Board, Bill to regulate fish auctions and ensure the quality of fish, Kerala Public Health Bill, Kera Mineral Bill and Kerala Mineral.
There are 45 procedures that apply in the current state.
The bill to replace this procedure cannot be forwarded on time because of the difficulty in holding an assembly session as usual.
Special sessions for passing bills are expected to end extended extended procedure practices because the house does not cross the bill on time.
Because the Covid impact decreases, the assembly secretariat plans to let visitors in a limited number of assembly galleries, said the speaker.
