Thiruvananthapuram: Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Education and Director of General Education has been allowed to complete guidelines for reopening schools in staggering ways from November 1.
After the preliminary discussion with the Minister of Public Education V Sivankutty on Thursday, Health Minister Veena Geeena said the meeting discussed everything from students to reach out of school until they left after class.
Classes will be held in a bio-bubble model and will be ascertained that teachers, employees and parents are vaccinated.
Sero Surveillance Report will also be considered while framing the guidelines, he said.

The discussion will be held with all stakeholders.
There will be an online session also for students along with offline classes, he said.
The source says the final decision about whether the class will be held in the morning or evening will be taken after further discussion.
It has been decided to continue the class for Class I to VII, X and XII on November 1.
The remaining classes will be reopened on November 15.
