Vadodara: The lesson learned during locking will now be part of the academic syllabus.
A book covering 30 case studies on how human resource professionals responded during national locking induced by Covid-19 will be part of the management study.
Case study of HR intervention book during locking 2020 ‘- includes 30 case studies 23 small and large companies.
Deputy Chancellor of Gujarat Technology University (GTU) Navin Sheth said that this book will act as a reference for all teachers who teach human resources to beginner managers in college management underneath.
“We have received questions from IIT Mumbai, Gulf University and GSFC University.
They want to teach this case study to train HR students,” said Sunita Sharma, Professor of HR Organizational Behavior Association at the Faculty of Management Man University Study which academically edited all case studies.
“This book is the best example of the partnership of the Industrial Institute as expected by 2020 national education policies,” he said.
Case studies are compiled after national competition, Vadodara Forum initiative HR.
“The case study was on the efforts made by HR professionals in restarting their industry / offices during and posting Lockdown,” said President of the Sudhir Sudhir Forum.

“Our HR heroes do our best to check insecurity, hunger, stress, loneliness, and create an environment of expectations and resilience in the industry,” he said.
A hotel case study was closed regardless of all efforts had also been included.
Ironically, the professional HR who had submitted the study was stopped on the same day.
