Kolkata: Kolkata police will start the final inspection from Monday with the help of other utility providers such as fire extinguisher and CESC.
For the first day, the team has chosen 18 pandals located close to a busy crossing or seen directly from the road.
Some of them, including one in Behala, have struggled to overcome last year’s rush.
The team will be led by CP together (Head Office) Subhank Sinha Sarkar.
The police planned to start the inspection of the bosepur sitala mandir in Kasba before visiting Ekdalia and Babuban.
Deshapriya Park, Badamtala Asr Sangha in Rashbehari and three pujas in Haridevpur is Olso in the list.
Senior officers will then travel to Behala and visit the rowa club and Natas Dal before stopping at Suruchi Sangha.
The second half will see inspections at Mohd Ali Park, Santosh Mitra Square and College Square in Kolkata’s Central Park and Kumartuli in North Kolkata.
On Sundays, local OC and OC traffic guards met with the committee of this 18 pandal, and asked them to share their plans.
