Bengaluru: The 13-year-old boy died and three other people from his family struggled for life after their enthusiastic suicide offer in Narayanahalli on the outskirts of Chintamani in the Chikkaballapur district.
The police suspected family members took extreme steps on Saturday night.
The incident was revealed on Sunday morning after relatively peeking home.
Fourth Family – Manjunath, 40, wife of Hanumakka, 37, and their sons Muniraju, 18, and Murali, 13 – struggled to breathe and lay on the bed.
When they were transferred to the MVJ Hospital in Hoskote, Murali gave up.
The other three have shifted to the ICU, police said.
According to the police, no one in the environment was aware of the reason for the incident.
There was rumors about the battle broken between husband and wife Saturday night.
