Bareilly: Chief of Judge Judge (CJM) Lakhimpur Kheri on Wednesday has denied guarantees to the Ajay Mishra Ashish Union Minister, accused of killing four farmers and a journalist during the farmer’s protest in October 3.
Special Investigation Team (Sitting) Violence made two arrests again on Wednesday – Ashish’s Friend Ankit Das, which has Fortuner Black in a three-car convoy that allegedly run farmers during the day, and a man identified as part of the convoy and fired a shot into the air.
Ashish Mishra and his aide Ashish Pandey, who was arrested last week, had moved the CJM who was looking for a bail.
“We oppose their application.
They were denied guarantees by Chief Justice Judge Chinta,” said the special prosecution officer Yadav told toi.
The official sitting said they “collected evidence and arrested people based on what appeared.” They asked Ashish Mishra throughout the day but he was not taken to the killing site.
His detention will end on Friday morning.
At one point, he was questioned along with the watershed, which had transferred the application before CJM on Tuesday but turned to sit in the city of Lakhimpur on Wednesday.
Sitting it said it was “looking for” watershed, Lucknow-based contractors who were former MP Congress Nephew’s Akhilesh Das and said to work with BJP now.
Arrested with a watershed on Wednesday was Linef, Sardhan residents in Kheri, who also submitted a submission request.
“Das and lateef were arrested and produced in front of the court.
They were sent to the judicial detention of 14 days.
Judge heard our application looking for their detention and given three days,” said Yadav.
Sitting also produces Shekhar Bharti, others suspect the investigation team “in traces”, and got three-day custody about him also after finding 14 days of detention.
Yadav added, “The watershed adviser has submitted a separate application that said he suffered a variety of diseases and had a slipping disk.
So, the adviser said, he must be stored in the facilities outside the prison.
He produced the Supreme Court government about such examples.
Taking This application into account, the judge wrote to the prison supervisor (Lakhimpur Kheri) to consider the special needs of the watershed.
“With this, Sit has captured six in this case so far – Ashish Mishra, Das, Pandey, Lovekush Rana, Bharti and Latef.
No one is in a third car convoy, white Scorpio, has been officially identified or arrested.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Law Brajesh Pathak met a family of two people in a died convoy – BJP worker Shubham Mishra and Mishra Hariomian driver.
He is the first BJP senior politician who did it.
Both of them, together with BJP Workers Shyam Sundar, including eight were killed in the violence of Lakhimpur Kheri.
The three were identified as accused by sitting.
