Gurgaon: The Department of Urban Local Agency (ULB) has directed MCG to find new resolutions to distribute 1,000 square meters of land for Uttaranchal Bhawan during a home meeting.
The department has also directed the Civic’s body to provide a land circle level.
Minister of Manohar Minister Lal Khattar has announced in February 2017 that Uttaranchal Bhawan will be built in the city.
“Because the department wants us to look for new resolutions for land allotment for Uttaranchal Bhawan, we will take this at the upcoming house meeting.
The land intended has no path of income and only has a personal route.
If the house gives approval, the road must be placed on the site, “Madhusmita Moitra said, chairman of the city planner, MCG.
Immediately after the CM announcement, MCG has allocated land in Kadipur Village.
The house in a special meeting held on July 24, 2017, has also given approval for land allotment.
Then then submitted to Kumaon Bhratri Mandal that the land costs were rated by Rs 2.49 Crore.
Mandal then requested that the land cost was reduced by 35%, after the cost was cut around Rs 87 lakh.
A MCG official said factoring in the social needs of Uttaranchale in the city, the land cost was reduced after the Mandal request.
The official also said that after the house approval, rates will be reviewed according to the current policy to provide government plots to the public for social purposes.
This problem will be discussed at the coming house meeting scheduled for December 15.
