“These projects were detained because of the delay in giving permission to excavate land by collecting Tuticorin Regency, Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Virudhunagar, Madurai, Thengattinam, and Tiruvarur,” he said and linked the obstacles made by the previous AiaDMK regime.
The Madurai bench from Madras High Court has directed the district collector to ensure the composition of minerals on the ground by sending land to laboratories determined by each department.
“So far, such a lab has not been determined,” he said.
Furthermore, according to the collectors, the Tamil Nadu government must issue the direction needed in various courts that have not been spent.
“It is very painful that the above vital projects for the development of Tamil Nadu are lingering because they want the decision by the Tamil Nadu government including the determination of the laboratory,” he said.
He pressed the settings to repair the lab and issued the direction needed to the district collector.
