Ponda / Saligao: The Excise Ministry of Excise Flying forces on Saturday grabbed liquor worth RS 1.3 Lakh, allegedly filled illegally in Durbhat in Ponda.
The shares confiscated in the attack carried out by the Shashikant Excise Inspector rose, including various brands of Indian Foreign Liquor (IMFL).
On Friday, Colvale police seized bottles of liquor from various brands worth Rs 69,464.
The police said after receiving information from a reliable source, they carried out an attack on Vailowado, Colvale, and seized bottles of liquor.
The Raiding Team consists of Pi Somnath Mahajik, Pariab Psi Mandar, Head of Constables Rama Rises and Pratap Sawant, Constables Sulang Rises and Danjo Desai and Home Guard Ritesh Obviously.
The confiscated liquor will be submitted to the Excise Ministry.
