Lucknow: After a little swimming for two consecutive days, the case of dengue fever surged again in the city on Tuesday with at least 28 people testing the virus positive through the confirmed ELISA method.
Among those diagnosed, three including four-year-old children were serious and had to be hospitalized because of the number of low blood platelets.
New casts reported from Indiranagar, Alambagh, Kaiserbagh, NK Road, Sarojininagar, Kakori, Turiyaganj, Aliganj and City Station.
These areas are between hotspots where the case of dengue fever is reported regularly.
