Lucknow: To remove obstacles by winning the love of his woman, a lecturer at a polytechnic that conspires to kill her husband and make the body dumped in the canal near the Kisan road in Chinhat.
The deceased, was identified as a sriram, 42, a native of Baralbanki, working with Ram Hospital Manohar Lohia.
The defendant was identified as Avashisht Kumar from Lakhimpur Kheri.
Avashisht is a lecturer with the State Polytechnic in Jahangirabad in the Barbanki District and he knows Sriram for more than 10 years.
He is often visitor to his house and feels luxurious for Sriram’s wife.
He has signed a RS 5 Lakh contract with several people to kill Sriram and also gave Rs 1 lakh as a down payment.
Sriram lost from December 18 when he had taken the lecturer and his aides in his car in a test drive because lecturers had shown interest to buy it.
The police, who registered the kidnapping case against Avashisht, had also recovered the Sriram car from the Locurali Highway at Lucknow-Faizabad Highway on December 22.
ADCP, East Zone, Qasim Abidi said that Avashisht, Sushil Kumar and Kunti, all Barbanki and the deceased’s wife, Sangeeta was arrested.
The Assistant Avashisht claimed that they shot dead Sriram after kidnapping him on the decisive day and throwing his body on the canal.
Abidi further said that Avashisht fell in love with the wife of the deceased Sangeeteta.
Sriram was used to reject Sangeeta’s long phone call to Avashisht.
Fed up with his objection, Avashisht asked Santosh and Sushilto eliminated Sriram.
The police have not restored the deceased’s body.
However, the police managed to recover the gun used in crime.
