Pune: The relatives of nearly 60,000 people who died in Covid-19 have so far the application delivered on the new state-launched government website which is looking for ex-gratia payments of RS 50,000 respectively.
The Maharashtra government experienced last week launching a website, Mahacovid19relief.in, for Covid victims to apply for ex-gratia payments.
A senior official in the State Disaster Management Department said, “The application has come from all districts.
After examining the application, each local authority will begin to release the number.
We must be able to start releasing it immediately.” Maharashtra has so far registered around 1.4 lakh death Because Covid and have to allocate a little more than Rs 700 Crore to disbursement of the amount of Ex Gratia.
Previously, the government had suggested applicants to approach the collector’s office for Ex Gratia.
However, by realizing this will postpone the process, the state government launched a website for Covid victims to directly apply for ex Gratia.
Applicants can enter the website with cellphone numbers and have to fill the deceased details, along with their aadhaar numbers.
There are also options to upload death certificates and hospital details on the website.
Centrally website directly associated with the Indian Medical Research Council (ICMR).
“With the aadhaar card number, the government will get all the details of the dead person.
This will ensure that the process is transparent and fast,” the official said.
Family Without Results RT-PCR and Mice and Covid Death Certificate will also get ex Gratia if the person prepared by Ex Gratia, died in 30.

All claims must be completed within 30 days after submitting the document.
