Prayagraj / Lucknow: Head of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad Mahant Narendra Giri is under intense mental coercion since he was informed that his students Anand Giri planned to upload the social media for a girl or woman in unpleasant conditions.
This is the main accusation of Anand Giri in a 14-page suicide note that he was reportedly lagging in his room where he was found hanging.
“The truth will eventually win but at that time my picture will be stained …
So I will commit suicide and Anand Giri, Adya Tewari and his son Sandeep Tiwari will be responsible for that,” he explained the reason for his extreme steps.
There was a report from the message ‘Video’ he had recorded before his death too, but the police did not officially confirm his existence.
Anand Giri, who was detained in the Haridwar Ashram on Monday night, was officially arrested and taken to ProAgraj on Tuesday.
A pastor from the city of Hanuman Ji Mandir, Adya Tiwari and his son Sandeep Tiwari, who was named in Sucide’s record, had also been arrested.
In FIR nested in this case, Anand Giri has been accused of committing suicide.
In the record he had been streaking on the letterhead Shri Math Bagi, Mahanant Giri had been looking for ‘legal action’ against the three people responsible for this suicide.
He had mentioned further that he had previously planned to end his life on September 13, but could not gather the courage to do it.
Meanwhile, after FIR was filed against Anand Giri under the 306 part of the IPC with the Georgetown police station, the additional DG (Prayagraj Zona) Prem Chakash on Tuesday formed a special 18-member investigation team to conduct investigations.
ADG told TOI that Sit consisted of two SPS representatives, four inspectors, three sub-inspectors, two policemen and others.
Sitting will be led by Deputy SP (ColonLanj) ajeet Chauhan.
SP (City) Dinesh Kumar Singh said on Tuesday that FIR was registered with Anand Giri on the complaint of a mathematics employee, Amar Giri Pawan Maharaj.
“Anand Giri has been ordered based on part 306 (suicide submission) IPC in connection with Mamahant’s death,” he told Ti, added that the police were investigating the sequence of events after submitting a warning.
The police said that Pawan Giri had accused in FIR that ABAP had retired in a mathematical room as usual after lunch on September 20.
Mahant used to drink tea around 3pm every day, but on Sunday he told the followers he would ask for tea whenever he wanted.
When the followers and students of Mamaht, including Sumit Tiwari, Sarvesh Kumar and Dhananjay did not hear from him until 5pm too and found that his cellphone was turned off, they pushed open the room door, just to find his body Mahant hanging with the ceiling.
They immediately took the body down and told the local police.
The complainants further alleged that Mamahant in severe depression over the past few months due to several problems with Anand Giri and also shared this information with fortune tellers and other students.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Yogi Adityanath Minister and former CM Akhilesh Yadav are among the leading people who achieve mathematics to pay their tributes to Mahant.
Yogi said that the team consisted of four high-level members investigating death and giri perpetrators would not be spared.
Akhilesh, on the other hand, looked for a probe by a Judge Sithtig HC.
A large number of students and worshipers reached Gaddi Baghambari, where the body was stored on Tuesday.
His mortal remains will be taken in procession in the city on Wednesday.
As he wishes, he will be given ‘Samadhi’ in the place of Baghambari Gaddi Math later.
He also wants that his students Balbir Giri must be anointed as his heir.
