Thane: Four men have been arrested for allegedly threatening Diva residents with gunns.
The police said one of the accused, Hotelier Rupesh Patil (31), fell in love with the wife of a complainant.
He decided to intimidate him so they would be separated and trace three men.
On September 15, around 10:30 a.m., when a complainant was on the Autorickshaw, two men on a bicycle that did not have the number, showed off the revolver weapon and threatened it.
The complainant escaped and then filed a complaint of the police.
Senior Inspector Mumbra Madhukar Kad said they arrested Rupesh, Sajan Patil (21), Sunny Rajbhar (21) and Ankit Shinde (25) on September 18 based on CCTV footage and intelligence input.
