Chandrapur: Three people were killed and three others were injured after a truck of goods collided directly with an ambulance near the village of Hardona (Khurd) in Rajura-Gadchandur Road on Thursday night.
Gadchandur police rushed to the place and saved the three people trapped in the destroyed ambulance.
The died truck driver consisted of condires (47) and Laxmikant Teltumbde (23) ambulance passengers (23) and Kalyani Teltumde.
Vinod Yelmjule ambulance drivers, pregnant patients Sapna Munthare and one other person were injured.
The three wounds were rushed to a rural hospital in Gadchandur and learned to get out of danger.
Munthare gave birth to a baby on Friday at the hospital.
