Thane: Two criminals externally from Thane and Mumbai’s limits were seen in their jurisdiction, police said on Wednesday.
Both, Parvez Ahmed Hajj Ahmed Momin (45) and Sahid Abdul Munaf Choudhari (21), externally on February 2, 2021, and January 22, 2021, for a period of one year, they said.
During their existence period, they should not enter the Thane District, Mumbai City and suburbs, police said.
However, Momin was seen near the Civil Office in the Bhiwandi City District on Tuesday, while Choudhari was seen in a shop in Vikhroli, a suburb of Mumbai, the same day as a crime branch official, they said.
Separate violations have been registered with them under Section 142 of the Maharashtra Police Act (penalty to enter without the permit area where someone is directed to eliminate himself), they added.
Under the rules of existement, criminals are removed from certain geographical areas.
These rules are intended to prevent a person or a gang of crime.
