Gurgaon: The City and State Meeting Department (DTCP) has directed revenue department officials to ensure the registry is only one unit on the floor in licensed housing colonies.
The order followed the direction of Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg, who instructed the district city planner to ensure there was no violation of the norm.
In the colony given a license based on Haryana’s development and urban law regulations, 1975, sales of only one occupancy unit can be executed on a single floor.
Garg has held two assignment unit meetings with City City Planners in the District Hospital Batth and other officials on July 30 and 7 September about this issue.
DTCP has now written to all senior revenue department officials, such as Tehsildars of Gurgaon, Wazirabad and Manesar, and Naib Tehsildar Kadipur, Harsaru, Badshahpur and Pataudi to check violations and ensure the registry is only one unit for each floor.
DTCP, in its order, said the agenda of the implementation of independent floor sales was discussed at the latest meeting.
“Has come to our notification that the sale of more than one unit has been executed on a single floor on housing plots in the licensed colony which has been given under the development and regulations of Haryana Act, 1975,” the Order said.
The next order said that the deed of floor sales or housing plot units may only be executed in connection with the work certificate (OC) provided for buildings built on housing plots.
Directing Tehsilds and Naib Tehsildars, the official said this problem needs to be seen carefully before the execution of deeds.
