Kuala Lumpur: Malaysian Prime Minister Mühyiddin Yassin said at a television address on Monday that he resigned because he lost the trust of the majority of parliamentarians in parliament.
Muhyiddin, who came to power in March 2020, and has been asked to stay at the palace as the leader of the guard said he hoped the new government could be formed as soon as possible.
