Kalyan: A 51-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly persecuting his six-year-old neighbor in Kalyan.
The victim on Wednesday had gone to buy chips at a grocery store when he accused Madhav Sanra who lived in his leveling environment by touching it inappropriately.
The victim then told the same thing to his mother who then approached Kolsebadi police.
Police Kolsebadi submitted FIR to the defendant and arrested him below section 354 (persecution) of the Criminal Code and the provision of children’s relevant protection of sexual violations (Pocso).
