Man Cheating from RS 11 Lakh in Property Agreement

Vadodara: A man who lives in Gotri was booked on Wednesday because of deceiving an old man in a property agreement inking seven years ago.
Rajendra Joshi, a 72-year-old Park Ellora resident, stated in police complaints that he had bought a shop in Sevasi for Rs 18 lakh from Satiiya in November 2014.
Joshi had paid Rs 17 Lakh to Satiiya and the remaining amount.

Then, Satiya approached Joshi and convinced him to sell the same shop as a partner who was ready to pay Rs 28 lakh.
Joshi was told that the duo could share the advantage of Rs 10 Lakh equivalent and Rs 17 Lakh it would also be returned.
Joshi agreed to an agreement and let Satiya sell a shop to a partner.
After the store for sale, Joshi paid Rs 11 lakh instead of the promised 22 lakh rs.
Joshi reminded Satiya to pay for the money.
But because Satiya did not pay for years, Joshi approached Vadodara Taluka police who registered cheating violations.
