Thane: a man from Kalwa in the Thane District in Maharashtra was arrested on Friday for allegedly beating his son’s death 10 years after accusing him to steal Rs 50 from the house, police said.
The police were told by the residents of the Waghoba Nagar Slum Colony on Thursday night that Sandeep Bablu Oomrakash Prajapati (41) had defeated his son, who lay down on the floor, an official said.
“A police team rushed the children to the nearest hospital where the doctor said he died on arrival.
His sister, who was also in the room, told us the child was hit by father.
We also found him hit his son for allegedly stealing the hospital.

Kalwa police office officials said Prajapati had been charged with murder, when the question lights up with the late mother, who was not at home when the incident occurred.
