Mandya: A man allegedly killed a woman, whom he had divorced for years ago, by slitting to his throat in Ragimuddanahalli Mandya Taluk Village on Friday.
The victim, Shalini, 32, was brutally killed by his ex-husband Suresh when he returned from work.
According to the police, Suresh killed Shalini by slitting his throat and destroying his head with stone.
SURESH was said to be jealous of Shalini’s financial well-being, which he divorced six years ago.
Suresh married the victim after they fell in love.
The couple has two daughters, and the victim lives with his parents.
The police have launched a hunt for arresting the perpetrators who are in the run.
The case has been registered at the Mandya Rural Police Station.
