Rajkot: A bull dealer of Rajkot committed suicide Friday night due to the massive reduction he needed to endure due to cyclone Tauktae and unseasonal rains.
According to the authorities, Kishor Solanki (28) a resident of Santoshinagar, swallowed pesticide on Morbi bypass street near Ronki village at about 8.30pm.
He, afterwards, called his wife up and educated about his or her action.
His wife hurried to the area and altered Solanki into a private clinic where he appeared late at the evening.
Investigating officer, ASI Kanubhai Malaviya stated,”Deceased had been a cherry wholesaler and this season he’d hauled the fruit up.
But, unseasonal rains and subsequently the cyclonic storm ruined his inventory which began to rust.
He lacked reduction of approximately Rs3.5 lakh which directed him to take the radical measure ”
