Raipur: Maoist’s spouse who solved rankings and running from a camp to get married was chased and killed by their former friend in the Bijapur Bastar district.
The pair is between three people killed by Maois in this district, said Bastar IG Pundarraj.
“Local police got information through various sources about alleged murder of three people by Maois in the interior of the Gangaloor area.
It seems that Maois has killed their own two cadres on January 6,” said Sundarraj, identified the duo as Kamlu Punem, who was a militia pletone commander, and Mangi, a militia member.
The police have input that Kamlu and Mango have left Maoist’s tent so they can get married, said IG.
Their colleagues traced the pair and brutally killed them after holding ‘Jan Adalat’ in Indauta Village.
Kamlu has 11 criminal and mango cases desired in three cases at various police stations in Bijapur.
They are active members of the Maoist Gangaloor Area Committee, who are famous for killing themselves, including the Commander of the Maoist area, police said.
