Marathwada Region Records Excess Rainfall

Aurangabad: Marathwada, which is considered a drought-prone area in Maharashtra, has received rainfall of 1,041.5 mm during the rainy season this year with an average of 679.5 mm, while the parts continue to be pounded by heavy rain, a Saturday official said.
