Rajkot: A 25-year-old married man and a 22-year-old woman was found hanging from the tree on the outskirts of Vardusar Village at Wankaner Taluka from Morbi on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Mansinhh Setialya, a village resident of Vardusar and Shilpa Sarla from Bhimguda Village in Wankaner.
Mansinh and Shilpa fell in love and have married running on July 17.
Mansinh married and had a son while Shilpa was not married.
“Mansinh and Shilpa are included in the same community and work as agricultural workers.
They married two weeks ago but were afraid that the community would not approve their marriage when Mansinh married a son.
They returned on Sunday night and not their village, they hang themselves From the tree, “said the Source of the Wankaner Taluka police station.
The incident was revealed on Monday morning when a village resident saw them hanging.
“We questioned their family members in this matter,” said the police.
