Rajkot: The husband and father-in-law of a 20-year-old woman who committed suicide in Gondal on October 16, was arrested on Monday by leading it to take this extreme step.
Postmortem from Bhavika Baldaniya revealed that he died of being hung.
His mother Mamta Sharma, who lives in Rajkot, initially alleged that Baldaniya had ended his life due to harassment and torture by his husband and his in-laws on household tasks.
But the police were waiting for the post-mortem report to verify Sharma’s accusation.
Sharma also said that at night before he took extreme steps, Baldaniya told him on the phone that he was harassed a lot.
At midnight October 16, Baldaniya’s husband, Chirag had taken him to the lower state to the Gondal Hospital and he was declared dead.
He had told Sharma Baldaniya felt uncomfortable and complained of chest pain because he became unconscious.
The police said that the postmortem report also explained the Chirag lies, so based on Sharma complaints, he, his father Sanjay, Mrs.
Sonal and Younger Brother Hritik was ordered to commit suicide.
Baldaniya married Chirag about three months ago after a short relationship.
