Mangaluru / Udupi: A medical student has filed a complaint to the police, that the criminal misused one of the photos distributed on the social media platform, to spread tensions together, and defame His and his family.
The third year medical student reportedly participated in the campus celebration on November 27 last year.
At the party, he had taken many photos with his friends, and posted the same as a story on Instagram.
Of some photos distributed, the defendant had chosen a photo and posted it by adding information, with the intention of creating communal tension, and showing that he cheated on someone who had a different religion.
The case is registered on Saturday under the IPC section 354 (D), 505 (2) (the statement creates or promotes hostility), 509 (words, movements or actions intended to insult the simplicity of a woman).
Humans stole a bicycle, met Bencalta Bike Rider, who allegedly stole a bicycle parked in front of a house in Uppinangady, had broken her legs.
He was hospitalized since Friday.
Police said Irfan Pasha was accused of stealing two-wheeled vehicles in Uppinangady.

He rushed to the hospital, and is currently under police security.
Once he recovers, his statement and other formalities will be completed, police said.
