Mangaluru: The 36-year-old worker from a village in Dakshina Kannada WSA was arrested on Friday and then returned in judicial custody, on charges of raping his mother.
The police said that the incident occurred when only survived and his son at home.
An alcoholic, workers were accused of crime at 3am and 7 in the morning on Thursday.

When the incident happened, his brother and brother-in-law were not at home.
The defendant was thought to have a history of harassing his mother for money.
The source said that he married about four years ago for seven months, and that his wife had left him.
Introduction Investigations revealed that when the defendant entered his mother’s room with the intention of committing a crime, his mother tried hard to shout.
He also threatened to kill him, if he told anyone about the incident.
As soon as the incident was revealed, he rushed to the hospital.
The case has been registered under the IPC 376 (Rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
