Kolkata: Aurobindo Sarani, Gaurav Das (33), has been arrested for allegedly choosing several times by repeatedly pressing the EVM button in Ward 18 (Sovabazar-Beniatola).
He was picked up from his house after police traced him from the video that became viral.
“Complaints were accepted at the Burtolla Police Station, said the complainant had received a person’s video repeatedly pressing the EVM button.
We have arrested him, but he denied the claim that he was a fake voter.
He claimed he had prepared the video as long as the policy mocked in front of the election.

The case has begun against it.
Trinamool denies every connection with the defendant.
The police said they were in touch with the election commission in this matter.
