Thiruvananthapuram: Cantonese Police have arrested a 30-year-old man with sexual allegations who harass a woman in public places.
The police identified the defendant as Titus Puthiyathura.
The police said the crime allegations took place in front of the Saphalyam shopping complex in Pallayam around 4 pm on Friday.
He allegedly persecuted a woman who was walking along the sidewalk.
He was arrested by people and left to the police.
Portonment Station Officer Inspector B M Syafi said the defendant was a habit that had a history of committing a similar crime in the past too.
The defendant was produced in front of the court and returned in the custody of the judiciary.
