Agra: An assistant manager of the sale of private life insurance companies, Prashant Saxena, 32, who allegedly sent with a baseball bat three days ago, surrendered to injury on Monday night at a private hospital in Agra.
One of the three accused was arrested and returned to justice custody on Tuesday.
The police claimed that the victim was known to the defendant and used to wandering together.
Last week on Saturday, some verbal arguments took place among those who caused clashes and one of the suspects, Baghel honey allegedly, crashed into Saxena on his head with a baseball bat.
When the victim fell to the ground, the locals gathered there and arrested Baghel and handed it to the police while the other two managed to escape from there.
The victim’s family member accused that the trio had tried to win the prashant salary and they attacked him when he opposed.
The video incident that became viral on social media showed Baghel surrounded by residents, who attacked him because he beat the young man who lay down unconscious after the attack.
Saxena was taken to Sn Medical College where he was referred to a private hospital.
He was placed in a ventilator because of his serious condition.
Saxena Brother-in-law Avnish Mawar told the media people that Prashant got a job just a few months ago and he brought his salary when he was attacked by three men.
He added that the FIR was registered the next day in the incident and the victim’s body was received by them on Tuesday after Post Mortem.
Station House Officer The police station consciously, Dharmendra Dahiya told TII that FIR was registered in Section 307 (efforts to murder) and part 302 (murder) had been added after the death of the victim.
He said, one of the defendants was sent to Hakimu detention after being produced in front of the court today.
Manhunt has been launched to arrest other defendants.
