Vadodara: The police posted at the city police station spent a few moments of nervous when a man consumed a phenyl in the police station.
The incident occurred at around 12:35 a.m.
when Mukesh Raval was in the process of being arrested with respect to a violation.
The police said that he was rushed to the SSG hospital and his condition was stable now.
Raval members and their families were booked on Saturday after the battle broke out between them for financial problems.
“They were all taken to the police station after they filed complaints with each other.
We were in the process of catching Raval when his wife Meeta came in the police station.
He said that her husband was hungry and brought a bottle of milk,” said Vr Vaniya, police inspector, police station city.
“Meeta then Clandestinely gave some phenyl to Raval who consumed it.
We have ordered Raval to try to commit suicide and his wife because he helped him,” Vaniya added.
