Vadodara: Lance rose from the Indian Army, which was arrested for kidnapping and purchasing a baby, denied guarantees by the session court here.
The accusation of Narendrakumar Pal has filed a guarantee on October 30 on the grounds that his name was not mentioned in FIR.
Pal further claimed that he had contacted an accused of being legally adopted the baby and did not buy a baby boy.
Against the PLEA bail tree, the police submitted a written statement in court.
Police argue that my friend and other defendants have planned a conspiracy to kidnap a child and then sell it to him when he and his wife do not have children.
“The baby must suffer because of the greed of a child from a couple who does not have children and greed money accused of others.
It also argues that the defendant has a direct role in crime and he can jump over guarantees and inhibit the investigation,” said the Public Prosecutor C G Patel.
The additional court session assesses the right J to enforce the argument and deny the guarantee for PAL.
PAL has bought a six-day-old boy for Rs 4 Lakh from Kalpesh Rathod, a man who lives in Kalol.
Rathod has requested accused of others in the city of Vadodara and Waghodiya to find children for PAL.
One of the accused named Kalidas alias Kaliyo had kidnapped the baby on October 20 and handed it to Rathod, who sold it to PAL.
