Chennai: Following class X and XII leaks revised the revised question papers, the Tamil School Education Department on Tuesday suspended the Chief of the Tiruvannamalai District Education Officer (CEO) to Violating the procedure.

The inspection of the Director Joint PON Kumar conducted an investigation on Monday about how papers leaked in the two schools – Matriculation of the Auxilium School School in Pollur and Hasini International Matriculation High School in Vadavasi.
Based on the investigation report, the school education department suspended the CEO.
After question paper leaks, officials of the school education department said signs in the first revision test would not be considered a reference sign.
“Revision tests are carried out to prepare students for the council exam and also to maintain these signs as a reference sign for the future of incase the council exam canceled.
Because of leakage, the department will not consider the first revision test for reference,” an official from the Ministry of Education School said.
The first revision test will end on February 16.
The second revision test is scheduled between March 28 and April 5.
